NAME
       url_to_str - gets the URL as a string from url_t*

SYNOPSIS
       #include <ncsnet/url.h>
       void    url_to_str(url_t *url, char *buf, size_t buflen);

DESCRIPTION
       url_to_str() assembles the fields of the url_t* object into a string
       representation of the URL address, which it writes to the buf buffer
       with size buflen.

       NOTE: to get the exact size for the buffer, you can use url_len().
