NAME
       url_from_str - get url_t from string

SYNOPSIS
       #include <ncsnet/url.h>
       url_t  *url_from_str(const char *url);

DESCRIPTION
       url_from_str() parse const char * URL address into url_t*
       representation; if successful, returns the url_t* (having allocated
       memory for it first); will return NULL in case of error.
